The Diploma programs at Liaison College offer you a well rounded concentrated training program providing you with the basic skills and knowledge to excel within the Culinary  Industry. Primarily we teach students the classic French methods of food preparation.  However, once the basics have been learned we also encourage students to develop their own style and palates in order to expand their repertoire of recipes and skills to be able to appreciate the fine art of dining.

We offer Red Seal Preparation, Team Building Events, Recreational Cooking Classes, Culinary Boot Camps, and much more.
